Now, although it would seem I don’t know that much about weight loss and maintaining a healthy weight, I actually do know a lot about it. My problem has mostly been in the implementation of my knowledge. However, I love learning and I plan on keeping this topic up to date. Everything, from how many calories it takes to lose a pound to which foods are the most filling when I get hungry, will be here. Also, please note that I am simply giving my non-professional opinions here. I am not a doctor (even though I hope to be one someday), and my advice should always be taken “with a grain of salt”. That said, as an overweight college student, I have gleaned a lot of information about this topic in my time. Hopefully, you will find this information useful to you.
